Admission test

Following admissions can be made on basis of transfer certificate without Admission test

Children who are with transfer certificate from another Army Public School / KV.
Admission is granted to children of Army personnel with subject to fulfillment of conditions laid down by CBSE. Children of Army personnel coming on transfer from outstations seeking admission during the academic year will not be denied admission.

A Screening test for Class -1 is conducted in the month of March every year.

A written test in English, Hindi and Math is conducted for admission in class II-V.

A written test in English, Hindi, Math and Science is conducted for admission in classes VI-IX.

Students should come to school in neat and tidy uniform.

Students must be regular and punctual.

Presence in Morning Assembly/Prayer is essential for every student. Complete Silence has to be observed in the Morning Assembly/Prayer.

No student shall leave the class room/school premises without the permission of the Teacher/Principal.

Students should keep their books and notebooks in good condition and should be covered with brown paper.

Students should take care of the school property, if any damage done, will have to be compensating either individually or collectively as class/group.

Students suffering from any kind of infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend the classes.

Speaking in English is compulsory within the school premises.

Students are not allowed to bring cash or mobile, strict disciplinary action will be taken and the school will not accept any responsibility for loss of valuables brought to the school.

Irregular attendance, disobedience, unreasonable behavior shall be strongly dealt, with.

Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences.

Students should not indulge in any kind of violence in any form.

Students should not bring any sharp or pointed objects to school.

Students of class I-V are not permitted to wear watches.

Girls with long hair should plait their hair with red ribbons and ones with short hair, should be neatly trimmed.

Students must abide by all the rules and regulations of the school.

No child will be allowed, without written permissions from the Principal to leave the school premises once he/she has come to school.

15th August and 26th January are National festivals, presence of students is compulsory in the school. Absentees will be fines Rs.50.00/-

Chewing gum-pan masala are totally prohibited in the school.

A fine of Rs.100.00/- will be imposed for the loss of dairy.
